Excuse my lanugage but Rush Limbaugh is completely out of control. At some point somebody is going to go off and slap this man in the mouth and he’ll act surprised at the response. He is constantly allowed to hurl racial epithets with no consequences. Hmmm how can we set up a boxing match with him. I volunteer to be the one who delivers the beating!!

Good Morning America recreated the ground breaking study from the 40’s that tested the perception of race on children. It looks as if relations and self esteem have improved but there are still many issues.

First of all, I don’t even know what that quote means. Dan Rather is the latest person to be accused of racially insensitive statements regarding President Barack Obama. I’m not sure of the veteran journalist is a racist but I am concerned that these statements are being made more and more frequently. If these really are tongue slips or innocent statements then why do they always refer to watermelon, chicken or some other racial stereotype?

The teachers in a California public school district claim that they were simply choosing famous African Americans and the students believed these were examples of those who deserved redemption. Do you feel the use of these figures was appropriate??

Brittney Griner, women’s college basketball star received a 2 game suspension after throwing a sucker punch in a basketball game. Earlier this year, Lagarrett Blunt (male football player at the same school) received a season long suspension for the same thing. Double standard or understandable??

Allegedly a student at UCSD has come forward and claimed responsibility for the noose hanging incident that sparked national outrage. The noose was being viewed as a potential hate crime punishable by up to a year in prison. Does it matter if the perpetrator was a minority. Should the punishment move forward?
