President Bush (The Elder) seems to think that his son Jeb should also run.  These people legitimately think they own the country.  It’s absurd.

I am helping a friend with her dissertation on “Coping with Racism.”  We are attempting to accumulate information on the effects of racism and the common coping mechinisms that people use.  If you are over the age of 18 and of African Descent (African American, Caribbean, Black etc) please take 20-30 minutes to complete this multiple choice questionnaire.  I will report the findings to you as soon as they are complete.  I greatly appreciate your assistance in this important study

I keep wonedring if the Republican Party can sink any lower?  Rush Limbaugh is clearly a racist but to listen to people defend him is nauseating.  I don’t want to paint with a broad brush but this mindset is a major contributing force to the division that we have in this country.  Limbaugh first aired the song as an attempt at humor directed at Rev Sharpton.  To me the song is offensive on so many levels but you tell me, are you offended or is this legit satire?

This is a very interesting clip that I would imagine will generate significant controversy.  The filmmaker spent a great deal of time researching the relationships and methods of approach that exist in African American communities. Is it over stated? Stereotypical? Another attempt to divide?  Or is it a realistic view of what goes on in many circumstances.  I am curious to hear the responses from with Wake Up With Bill community.

The media continues to ignore the fact that the Blagojevich case is still being investigated and looks for P.E. Obama to make a substantive statement. Now Obama is being criticized for the following response to the Chicago Tribune. I even read a post that said “get use to it, this is the type of evasion you can expect from this idiot.” After reviewing the video, is his response really that offensive? Evasive?

In an interview done in Iraq President George W Bush was asked about his legacy. When presented with the fact that Al Qaeda was not in Iraq prior to 9-11 he responded “yeah, so what.” SO WHAT?? Mr. President that was the whole basis of your invasion? This man has got to go. Check it out for yourself.

I was a little surprised simply because Senator McCain selected Palin as VP. The belief was that he believed she was the person mopst qualified to be President if he couldn’t serve. I guess it was, as we all suspected, political posturing. By the way it appears the Maverick is back!
