Although I absolutely agree that Plaxico Burress made a terrible decision and should have to face the consequences, this seems a little extreme. Mayor Bloomberg claims that he is simply calling for Burress to receive equal treatment, however, how many regular citizens would he take the time to have a press conference to discuss? Isn’t this potentiall influencing potential jurors and even the District Attorney?
